Position: Team Leader Department: BPM - Voice
Reporting to*: Senior Team Leader Process: 3rd Party Collection
Description of the process US based voice process. – 3rd Party Collections
Roles/Tasks to be performed by the Team Leader Managing day to day activities pertaining to team management, team performance, schedule adherence, work allocation and resource utilization. Managing multiple Clients for the same nature of business, Organizing client calls, Calibrations, process transitions. Actively involved in training new team members. SOP designing. Handling Escalations, coordinating with support departments. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and publishing dashboards. Quarterly performance reviews for the team members.
Process Nature & Requirement Type of Process Interaction with Customer Skill Sets required in the candidate (Job Requirement)
 Voice Calls Effective communication skills, both verbal & written.
Thorough knowledge of US 3rd Party collections business
Knowledge of collection input and output metrics and the performance drivers
Exposure to manage/working on dialer and manual campaigns
Understanding of regulations and statues governing 3rd party collections along with different State Laws
3rd Party Collections Call monitoring and constructive feedback sharing experience
Multitasker
Training exposure to 3rd Party collectors

Good Analytical skills

Educational Background(Job Requirement) Essential Desirable
  Graduate
Work Experience Essential Desirable
 6-8 Year of Experience in International BPO (2 years as a Team Leader on papers for 3rd Party Collections business) Knowledge of US legal recovery will be an advantage
Experience of training 3rd Party Collectors
Shift timings Shift 1 Shift 2
 Rotational Shifts with Rotational Woffs
